Terms
Booking
The booking agreement is concluded only with a written contract.
Down Payment
A deposit of 30%, by cheque or bank transfer, must be paid before renting - certified copy.
Surety
A deposit of 800 € is required. It will be returned on the day of departure according to the inventory of fixtures - within a week if departure before 8:00 am.
Duration
All rentals start on Saturdays from 5:00 pm and end on Saturdays at 9:00 am.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the house.
Sheets
Sheets and/or towels are not provided but can be requested separately.
Costs
Costs for an amount of 40.- € are to be paid on the spot.
Cleaning
Optional on request final cleaning for 90 Euro.
